Focusing on 600mm ultra-large diameter, ultra-high power graphite electrodes, we select high-purity needle coke raw materials and utilize high-pressure molding and precise graphitization processes to create a dense structure with a density of ≥1.85 g/cm². This reduces porosity from the source, improving impact resistance and oxidation resistance.
The electrode resistivity is ≤5.5 μΩ·m, providing strong current carrying capacity, making it suitable for heavy industrial applications such as ultra-high power electric arc furnace steelmaking and ferroalloy smelting. It enables efficient conversion of electrical energy to thermal energy, significantly shortening the smelting cycle. The low resistance effectively reduces energy loss, and coupled with excellent high-temperature stability, it reduces the risk of electrode breakage and spalling. This significantly reduces electrode consumption per ton of steel, providing robust support for cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and green production for enterprises.
