Petroleum coke is a high-quality carbon material refined from crude oil through a delayed coking process. It is a dark brown, porous granular material. With its core advantages of high fixed carbon content and high calorific value, it has become a key basic material in industrial production. The product is manufactured in strict accordance with the GB/T 3074.1-2013 standard, with a fixed carbon content of ≥85%-98%, sulfur content of 0.5%-5.0% (low-sulfur/high-sulfur specifications available), ash content ≤0.5%-1.5%, volatile matter ≤10%, and moisture content ≤5%. All indicators have passed third-party testing and certification.
It features high calorific value (28-32 MJ/kg), complete combustion, and low residue, along with strong chemical stability, making it suitable for various industrial applications. The standard particle size is 0-25mm, and customized particle sizes are available upon request. It supports bagged (25kg/bag), bulk, and container shipping. Ample stock is available, with nationwide dedicated line delivery.
It is widely used in electrolytic aluminum, metallurgical casting, glass kilns, chemical fuels, new energy anode materials, and other fields: as a carbon additive, it can improve the hardness and density of castings; as a fuel, it can reduce energy consumption costs; and as a raw material, it can be processed into high-end carbon products. Direct supply from the source factory eliminates intermediaries. Small-batch samples and large-volume customization are supported. Stable quality and timely supply make it a cost-effective and reliable core industrial raw material.
