The anode-specific crucible is a high-end refractory container custom-developed for lithium-ion battery anode materials (graphitization and carbonization processes). Made from high-purity graphite and special ceramic composite materials through precision molding and high-temperature sintering, it is specifically designed to meet the low impurity, high stability, and long lifespan requirements of anode material production.
The product boasts excellent high-temperature resistance, with a long-term operating temperature of up to 2800℃ and the ability to withstand high-temperature shocks above 3000℃ for short periods. It exhibits superior thermal stability, remaining free from cracking or deformation in rapid cooling and heating environments from -50℃ to 2500℃. Its core advantage lies in low impurity release, with ash content ≤0.03% and total metal impurities (Fe, Ni, Cu, etc.) ≤50ppm, effectively preventing contamination of anode materials and ensuring product purity ≥99.9%.
It also features superior corrosion resistance, withstanding chemical corrosion from raw materials such as asphalt and coke at high temperatures. Its service life is 2-3 times longer than ordinary crucibles, with a single use cycle reaching 80-120 batches. Standard specifications include volumes of 5-50L, inner diameters of 150-600mm, and wall thicknesses of 20-50mm. Customized irregular sizes are also available, compatible with various anode production equipment such as push-plate kilns and well furnaces.
With excellent sealing performance, it reduces raw material volatilization loss by ≥10%, improving production efficiency and raw material utilization.
