From 85mm precision specifications to 1260mm ultra-large diameters, our full range of high-power/ultra-high-power graphite electrodes are precisely tailored to diverse industrial applications. Utilizing 100% high-quality needle coke as the aggregate, and undergoing multiple purification and precise graphitization processes, we achieve excellent conductivity with a resistivity of ≤6.2μΩ·m. This allows for current densities as high as 18-30 A/cm², maintaining structural stability even at temperatures of 3000℃.
The high-density structure, coupled with a low thermal expansion coefficient of 1.5 x 10⁻⁶/℃, and a flexural strength of ≥12 MPa, significantly reduces fracture and oxidation losses during the smelting process, resulting in electrode consumption as low as 1.1-2.5 kg per ton of steel.
